The Prime Minister was taken to hospital on Sunday morning after being taken ill during an event at a pub.
Mr Johnson, 55, was driven to the hospital by a nurse and not a police officer, although some reports suggested he was taken by a police officer.
The footage was shot as Mr Johnson left Downing Street on Sunday afternoon and his car was intercepted by the police as he left.

A statement from the Metropolitan Police Force said the Prime Minister was stopped by officers from the Westminster, Westminster City, Westminster North and Islington South and Finsbury divisions.
The officer in the video appears to be uniformed and it is not clear if he is a police officer or a member of the public.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: 'On Sunday 25 February, the Prime Minister left his residence at 11.50am.
'His car was stopped as he left Downing Street by officers from the Westminster, Westminster City, Westminster North and Islington South and Finsbury divisions.
'He was not arrested. No further action will be taken.'
